Cold Curry Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup EASIYO yogurt
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 4 tsp lemon juice
Method
Blend all ingredients well.
Variations/Comments
Ideal sauce to serve with fish, chicken or vegetables.
